Look, I get that we had just done 1,000 things and I got stung by a bee in 3 places and it was hot and Georgia Power had taken over our shady spot, but dang that’s a rough picture of me.  Anyhoo. We arrived at The Valley to find the Wichita Linemen convention underway in our normal spot so we took to the sun for our 1,000 Reps workout! All the 50s add up to 1,000 you see.

THE THANG:

50 Squats

50 Deadlifts

50 Mountain Climbers (total)

50 Lunges (total)

50 Bicycle Crunches (total)

50 Squat Jumps

50 Leg Lifts

50 Plie Squats

50 second wall sit (or squat hold due to the lack of easily available walls)

After this we were beat.  OK fine, halfway through this, we were beat. Thanks ladies for letting me torture you!
