To everyone’s happiness, it was a little warmer this morning and much better than last week! It was just Jet Setter and I but we enjoyed the time to chatter and get in a good workout. We warmed up with arm circles, Michael Phelps, through the tunnels, and some stretches. We then got right to the workout, which combined a strength portion, cardio, and abs per round. After each round we ran a lap
Round 1:
16 thrusters (squat + press); 16 pulse squats; 1 min jump; 2 mins toe touches
Round 2:
16 lunge + curl; 16 pulse lunges; 1 min jump lunges; 2 mins dead bug
Round 3:
16 merkin, 16 pulse merkin; 1 min inchworm, 2 mins bicycles
Round 4:
16 tricep OH, 16 tricep OH pulse; 1 min jumping jacks; 2 min Russian twist
Round 5:
16 deadlift + row; 16 pulse deadlift; 1 min MTN climbers; 2 mins LBCs
