Things got a little crazy at the Valley Tuesday, but we managed to work around it!
Warmup: I wanted to do it all so I combined a few things just to keep everyone on their toes! We did 10 IC “Windy Tunnels” (windmill to the left, windmill go the right, reach thru the tunnel, come up) and then 10 IC “Toy Calf Raises” (toy soldier to the right, toy soldier to the left, calf raise up, then down). Then we ran the large loop through the playground and back up the hill to get started.
THE THANG: This workout was a Pinterest original, stolen with thanks from a trainer from parts unknown. Since we were wall-less I did replace the wall sit with a flute bridge hold. After we finished once through I asked the gals if we should repeat with the numbers cut in half or do PAX Choice arms and abs. PAX choice won so we did two rounds of that then finished with the now famous Canon Booty Blast!
