Light stretches and on to the thing.
The thing:
Started with a version of 11’s but only went to 10 since today is the 10th – duh. 🙄
Hammer curls to tricep kickback
Then a pyramid of 5-10-21
5 of each exercise, 10 of each and then 21 of each with a lap in between
Inchworm
Push-up
V-ups
Pulse squats
Upright rows
We passed around the weighted ball for a few minutes.
Back to 10’s with Russian twist and penguins
Run/walk a lap
Assembly line twist passing the weighted ball 10 each way.
Finished out with bat wings? 💪🏻
