I don’t travel to the Union often, so I did not know Union Hill Rd was partially closed. So I had to make a detour and barely made it on time.  I hate being late, so I thought oh man, this is not a good start to the day.  But Spartan and Rosie always make me smile and it quickly turned into a good morning to get some work done.

We did a timed accumulator.  All glutes! Each exercise was done for 45 sec/15 rest.  Start with the first exercise, run a lap.  Do 1st and 2nd, and then run a lap.  Continue on through the list.

  1.  Bird dogs
  2. Glute bridges
  3. Single leg deadlifts
  4. Side leg lifts
  5. Fire hydrants
  6. Donkey kicks
  7. Curtsy lunges
