We started out the beat down with a top to toe warm up then went straight into the exercises. Every FIA member spelled out their name, each letter had an associated exercise, For example the A was 40 jumping jacks, the B was 20 big girl sit ups, etc. We worked through everybody’s FIA name as a group, adding in a cardio run every three people.
We got through Semper Fi, Wonder woman, Chai, Wilson and Lucky…..Choo Choo, Coach and chocolate chip we’re represented with 60 squats (letter C) and rounded off with Fivestar for 10 Burpee ‘s.
