Thank you ladies for joining me on a cold chilly Tuesday morning. Since its Tuesday, or Chooseday; I opted to let the PAX choose our exercises for our Tabata!
Partly Cloudy assisted me with the warmup while I asked each PAX for their favorite ab/cardio/leg/arm exercises. I also had little bag of exercises that they could choose from as well. I had 4 cycles of 4 sets each. All PAX choose once, and for the remaining sets I choose randomly from my bag of tricks. We did a 50 sec exercise, 10 sec rest.
Here was the workout we choose:
#1 Bicep to OHP / Deadlifts / Tricep kickbacks / Plank up downs
#2 Russian Twists / BGS / Plank jacks / Jump ropes
#3 Tick tock lunges / Sumo squats / Goblet squats / bear squats
#4 Penquins / Bicycles / Leg lifts / Lbc’s
We did all 4 cycles, then ran a big lap. Started back up from the top and got 3/4 of the way done before we stopped to cooldown with OYO stretching.
We circled up for COT and prayed for Partly Cloudys family and Raptor’s friend, both going through illnesses right now. We prayed for continued strength during this tough time and for all those unspoken prayers out there. We all need a little extra love right now.
