8 PAX helped me debut the Wilt Chamberlain today, with Whole Coconut being the only one with a clue who that is. He is a basketball player that is famous for a 100 point game. I know nothing about basketball. My education comes straight from the F3 exercon again. Shhhh, don’t tell them.
Wonder Woman is back from recovery and was eager to get back in front of her PAX. So, she led us through a warm up in cadence. Toy soldiers, touch n hops, jumping jacks, a run around the parking lot, followed by 25 big girl sit ups. She is feeling good and running again! Hallelujah!
Once we were warm, Wonder Woman passed the mic to me and we got started on the Wilt Chamberlain.
We started at the mats with 100 LBCs. When we hit 100, we ran to the cones, which were 100 feet away. I measured. There we did 100 squats and ran back to the mats.
Round two, we did 100 flutter kick sets, ran, and did 100 curtsy lunges.
Round 3, we did 100 bicep curls, ran, and did 100 standing donkey kicks.
Round 4, we did 100 overhead Tricep extensions, ran, and did 100 deadlifts.
When we got back to the mat, we ran a big lap. We had a little time left over, so we did 100 penguins and 100 ab toe touches. Then we stretched and were finally done.
We circled up and talked prayer requests for a while. We have so many loved ones in need of prayer right now. We closed with our COT and headed off to start our day.
I have counted to 100 WAY too many times in the last 24 hours. Small Reps only next time! 😉
