The morning was warm with a slight mist. I had 5 ladies join me for our workout. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we got to know what kind of food each person liked. This also gave us thoughts of what to have for our big Thanksgiving meal.
We did a “Would you Rather?” workout. With two stacks of cards. On one side was a food option and the other side had the exercise with the number of reps. We took turns choosing our favorite food from the two cards faced up. No counting because the person who choose the food option/card from the stack was the only one who had to count.
Once we got through all the cards, we shuffled the cards and did it again.
Thanks for joining me ladies! Yes, we did 200 low Squats to the bench today…great job!
