We started already sweaty from this Georgia humidity.
Some arm stretches, under the tunnel in cadence, and leg stretches started our morning.
The point of this was I would announce 2 different workouts and the ladies picked the one they would rather do and we would work it out for a minute, simple enough. After 5 rounds, we would run a lap.

After the Would You Rather, we played dirty “never have i ever”. If you did the thing, you did lunges forward in a parking lot lane. Whoever got to the other end of the parking lot lost. It was a fun thing to do with the ladies as we saw you did things that wont come up in normal conversation.
We held a 1 min plank and did some arms to wrap up our time.
We pray for our FIA sisters and for family in the hospital undergoing surgery.
