Brrr it was cold tonight!! I decided that after catch up we would get right into some good stretching and a quick jog around the front circle to get warmed up!! It seems that Spring may come sooner than later as it was lighter outside tonight longer than normal, which worked out for us!
We split into 2 groups
Group 1: Lt. Dans through the bus lane to Group 2 who was doing Sumo Squats. Once Group 1 made it over to Group 2 we switched exercises. Group 2 did Lt. Dans across the bus lane and Group 1 did Sumo Squats. We continued these rounds until all exercises were done.
Mode of Transportation was always Lt. Dans
- Sumo Squats
- Bicep Curls
- Reverse Lunges
- Tricep Kickbacks
Once we completed these and because it was still light outside we hiphop walked with our boombox 80’s style to our summer spot and did some Paula Abdul’s.
For this exercise we took 2 parking spaces forward and 1 back to drop and do 5 push ups. We did this the length of the parking lot and back. By the time we did this one way we were all beat so I switched the pushups to hallelujahs.
We had a little time left so we decided to do some standing bag of abs.

We ended with a quick prayer & name-o-rama…. Karaoke Queen we missed you in our picture!!
