Today we did lots of yoga poses and held each for 45 sec with 15 sec rest. Here is our workout.
warm-up: 1. Cat/cow 4 times, 2. Downward dog pedal out 3. Sun salutations 3 times
Warrior Poses: 1. Warrior 1, 2. Warrior 2 3. Reverse warrior 4. Warrior 3 (we did this all on right side and then did it all again on left side)
Plank Poses: 1. Plank 2. R-side plank 3. Shoulder taps 4. L-side plank (repeat)
Chair Poses: 1. Chair pose up/down or hold 2. Chair pose with twist 3. Eagle chair pose we did on right side and then repeated on left side)
Yogi Bicycles (we did these 4 times)
Ending Stretches: 1. Thread the needle (r/l side) 2. Childs pose with hip stretch (r/l side) 3. Downward dog 4. Pigeon (r/l side) 5. Savasana
We ended with COT and names.
