We were a small but mighty crowd at The Thicket. 2 gorgeous PAX including me, Rise Up, with 6 2.0s in tow got together and got er done. We warmed up with jumping jacks and arm stretches and got straight to:
For some reason my creativity button was broken and my give a damn was straight busted so I wrote down several exercises on my white board and had the PAX choose. So 5 exercises per round (see pictures at the bottom) 50 seconds on and 10 seconds of rest) Between each round we ran the biggest loop on the playground. Trailmix got some extra rucking in carrying her youngest son halfway through the big loop. He did very well and hung in there as long as he could. Good job, buddy.
