6 PAX came out on this kind of chilly morning but at least the wind was non-existent !!!! So since today was the day after St. Patrick’s Day I wanted to keep the festivities going!!! Just in case anyone was suffering from too much green beer yesterday, I made sure to take care of that!!!!

Each exercise x 30 seconds
Then we circled up for some Irish Blessings/ Prayers
Irish Blessing Prayer
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sunshine warm upon your face
and the rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
may GOD hold you in the palm of HIS hand.
An Irish Prayer
May GOD give you…
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sign, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
Finished with Name-o-rama and a praise for Elle’s healing and a thank you for the prayers!!!
