9 Pax this beautiful Tuesday morning at the Den. We started the workout with some static stretches to get those leg muscles loose, some arm circles and stretches. Then started the Thang with a good long run around lot.

Thang:

Long Lap

Strength 1:

15 Plank up-downs

20 Bicep Curls

15 tricep kickbacks per side

20 pushups

15 T raises

Long Lap

Strength 2:

25 Squats

15 Figure 8

15 single leg bridges

10 windmills each side

1 min wall sit

Long Lap

Strength 3:

20 Russian Twist

20 supermans

15 Bent Over Rows

15 side plank pulse or hold each side

25 bicycles

Long Lap

with 10 minutes left, we completed another round of strength 1 and 2 before we gathered in for our COT and prayer request.
