10 PAX showed up with the expectation of rain that might have been welcomed today because the temperature was MUGGY!!!! We warmed up while all the PAX piled in right at 5:30 and did some arm stretches, leg stretches and high knees while i explained the beatdown….
The Thang
Basically the concept was AMRAP…. for each round we did 6 exercises for an allotted time each then flipped a coin to determine how long our next round of 6 would be
Heads= stay
Tails= change
EXERCISES:
Around the world/ Halellujahs
Deadlifts
Squats
Mt Climbers
Crunches
Russian Twists
Round 1: 60 seconds each exercise
flipped the coin it landed on heads so
Round 2: 60 seconds
flipper: heads
Round 3: 60 seconds each exercise
flipped= tails
Round 4: 50 seconds each exercise
flipped= heads
Round 5: 50 seconds each exercise
flipped= tails
Round 6: 40 seconds each exercise
flipped= heads
Round 7: 40 seconds each exercise
flipped= tails
Round 8: 30 seconds
Somewhere in the middle we took 2 quick laps around the snack shack.
Never made it to 20 or 10 seconds but not sure we needed it!!!!
We finished at exactly 6:15 so we circled up for Prayers, COT & Nameorama
