So today is May 8th which happens to be my 8 year wedding anniversary so I took the Q and stole this great idea with a little modification from Fia sister Gun Show in Raleigh~ thanks girl!!!! 7 PAX showed up ready to put in a little work despite my preblast that we would be including ” Stairs, WW2’s, and death by Bear Crawls “….. great job ladies we burned about 400ish calories this morning!!!
