This Backblast May be a week late.  I blame it on throwing a birthday party for my child during the same week as the last day of school and a business trip.  Sorry ladies!

9 PAX at Foxtrot for a Crazy Indian workout.  We started with a brief warm up and then our first Indian Run around the parking lot.  Then we lined up in Crazy Indian formation.  We all completed 1 exercise while the person at the far end ran all the way down the parking lane and back, taking there place at the other end of the line.  Once everyone ran and back, we switched exercises.

Single Leg Dead Lifts

Bicep Curls

Narrow Squats

Front Extensions

It took us a while to work our way down the parking lot.  IIn between exercises, we ran Indian runs to get our heart rate up.

We stopped with 10 minutes left to do some Abs:



Russian Twists

In and Outs

Flutter Kicks

5 exercises.  30 reps.  2-3 times through until time was up.

We closed with a prayer, our COT, and Name-o-Rama.
