Dumbell -Push Ups- Stairs

Wow !!! we were blessed with a beautiful cool morning for the middle of May. 5 beautiful pax members joined me this morning for a mainly weight workout. Of course a little cardio is always needed so we ran up and down flight of stairs after every two exercise and for a little shoulder burn weights were held high above your head.

Warm Up: We started our workout with some static stretches to get the muscles loosen up and then ran a lap around the parking lot to get the heart pumping.

The Thang:

10 Push Ups

20 Front Raises (Alt Arms)

Up flight stairs- weight above head

10 Push Ups

20 Bicep Curls ( Alt Arms)

Up flight stairs- weight above head

10 Push Ups

20 reverse flys

Up flight stairs- weight above head

10 Push Ups

20 Skull Crushers

Up flight stairs- weight above head

10 Push Ups

20 Lateral Raises (Alt Arms)

Up flight stairs- weight above head

Repeat 2 x

We then ended with Abs, each pax member called out there favorite and we did 20 reps. It was then time to circle up

for a quick prayer to send us on our way to a beautiful day.
