Eggcersizing for Easter Dinner

12 PAX showed up for a pre~Easter beatdown @ AO Foxtrot….. even though the weather decided it should be raining and 42 degrees mid April !!!! We tried to take cover at the snack shack but Lacrosse was not afraid to play in the rain which meant they needed to open the snack shack and feed the crowd attending their rainy game, so we hurried over to the playground and decided to weather the storm anyways. This meant I had to reorganize my beatdown for a 3rd time lol ( Original plan was for playground & sunny, backup was for snack shack and rainy…. and new plan was playground and rainy…. done!!!). Lots of chatter to start with because we were all SUPER happy to have some PAX back that we have missed…. so I had to use my mommy voice to get the chicks back in the coop.. welcome back friends….. LOL!!!

The Warm~up

Arm Circles, High Knees, 10 IC Toy Soldiers (some PAX struggled through those- sore bodies), and 5 IC very slow TTT

The Thang

Tomorrow is Easter so obviously I had to use plastic Easter eggs!!!! So I filled like 50 eggs with strips of paper that had varied eggcersizes in them then tossed them in a bucket. I put our eggcersize bucket near the bathroom (a short run distance away). We split the PAX into 2 teams and one person from each team ran to get an egg while the rest of the PAX did a group eggcersize to stay moving. I chose a hand full of things to rotate through as a team…

We made it through all but 2 eggs in the time we had. Seems like one teams got all the abs and the other got all the arms!

Climbers, 10 Big Girl Sit~ups, 15 Push~ups, 20 Alternating back lunges, 50 High Knees, 20 Overhead Press, 50 High Knees, 10 Big Girl Sit~ups, 50 Calf Raises, 20 Supermans, 20 Plank Jacks, 30 Hammer Curls, 40 Monkey Humpers, 30 Jumping Jacks, 30 Skaters, 10 Around the world, 10 Burpees, 10 Big Girl Push~ups, 30 Butt Kickers, a Lap, 20 Imperial Squats, 30 Supine toe touches, 40 Narrow Squats, 30 Squats, 20 Military Squats ( Jump into squat then touch the ground with squat), 50 Quick feet, 40 Heel Touches, 10 Star Jumps, 20 Sumo Squats, a Lap, 20 Upright Row, 10 Star Jumps, 20 Reverse Crunches, 20 Overhead tricep extensions, 20 Deadlifts, 20 JJ, 20 Leglifts, 20 Jumping Lunges, a Lap, 20 Donkey Kicks, 30 Pretzel LBC’s, 15 Jump Squats, 10 Mtn. Climbers w/ push~up, 15 one~leg glute bridges each side

Finished up right at the top of the hour and circled up for COT and Name~O~Rama….

Prayers for all the loss we have had in our community, our babies~ Liam is getting tubes again on Monday & Zoey is fighting some infections right now, Straight Shooter’s boss lost her husband also.

Thanks for the extra hugs after our prayers since I just got a little emotional thinking about all the loss our peeps are struggling through and the intense need for loving on our babies every day~ we can all probably do more of that they just don’t get enough of that these days in this society they are growing up in!!!!
