Five Course Meal/Workout

14 PAX at AO The Den – The rain came a little bit earlier than intended, but we still were able to get the workout in thanks to the lovely overhead covers at the Den!

Five Course Meal Workout:

I based it off of a typical five-course meal, which has the following courses: soup, salad, appetizer, entree, and dessert. In our case it was: arms, legs, light cardio, high cardio, and core, respectively. In between each course, we did a palate cleanser, which was a 30 second plank or a 30 second wall sit/squat hold.

It was an AMRAP for 6 minutes each course, except the high cardio course due to time (5 minutes).
