Cardio – Strength Tuesday

The sun was shining and it was a hot one but this 9 pax rose to the challenge.
Warm Up: Static Stretches, Arm Circles and lap around playground to get heart rate up a little.
The Thang:
Complete Sets 1 – 4 – each exercise for 45 sec, rest 15 sec.
Repeat
After both rounds complete, we did a walk around playground to cool down. With a little time left, we did a round of ABS.
20 LBC, 20 leg raises, 20 V Ups, 20 Bourbon Sit Ups, 20 bicycles
Ended with COS and prayer by Partly Cloudy.
