I Pyramid of Pain…SO HARD

5 PAX came out for a muggy warm Saturday beatdown.

We started with some solo stretches while everyone settled in.

Warm Up – Roxanne. Every time “Roxanne” is said, either do a burpee or a jump squat.

~The Thang~

HIIT 45 seconds of exercise with 15 second rest.

Sumo Squat
Alt. Arnold Press
Single Leg Deadlift
Alt. Upright Row
Sumo squat with Arnold Press
Single Leg Deadlif with Upright Row
Alt. Forward Lunges
Tricep extensions
Side lunge and tap weight to ground
Alt. hammer curls
Right leg – Forward lunge with tricep extension
Left leg – forward lunge with tricep extension
Right leg – lateral lunge with hammer curls
Left leg – lateral lunge with hammer curls
SPEED ROUND (Complete two exercises without a break in between.)

We did this twice, so essentially we did each exercise 4 times.
