I wanna get BETTER!

BB from BD on 12/6/18  – 8 PAX – Shrinky Dink, Spirit, Partly Cloudy, Smooth Operator, Chocolate Chip, Diggity Dog, Q – Sugarland & Wonder Woman

We started our day with a motivational quote ( seem above) to get us going. We started our fitness watches are we were off. 

We did a warm up to the song “I wanna get better!”. We did leg stretches, arm circles & ran a small warm up lap. 

Then we proceeded with Sally with a sand-pup for the whole song. “Flower” by Molby. Squats up & down with the song. 

Then we did 11’s – but we used the number of people that were there. 7 for the first set and 8 for the second set. We had an add on FiA mid workout.

Run to the end of the parking lane

Skaters, sets, both sides is one

Run back to the Sand-pups

      2.  Hammers – side slings with Sand-Pup

Run to the end of the parking lane

Push- Ups on the curb 

Run back to the Sand-pups

Hugs & High Fives for ALL!!

Then Sugarland took over the Q with “Box of Abs.” 

Close, nameorama, prayer and high fives.
