We started with a quick warm up of 10 Side Straddle Hops (IC), 10 Windmills (IC), 10 Through the Tunnels (IC), 30 sec High Knees, and some light stretching.
We started with Lt. Dan (this one will leave you feeling like you “ain’t got no legs” 😂) It is a 1:4 ratio squats:lunges. Start with 1 squat and 4 lunges, then 2 squats and 8 lunges, rinse and repeat until you hit 10 squats and 40 lunges. Next we partnered up and started a Dora. Collectively between each partner we did 100 Merkins (push-ups), 200 Squats, and 300 LBCs (Little Baby Crunches). We had a few minutes left so I introduced everyone to Sally! We did squats to the song Green Sally Up. Everytime the song says bring Sally down we did a squat and held it until the song says bring Sally up! This is a leg burner!!
