6 PAX (including 1 FNG!) came out on this beautiful humid Saturday morning!

~The Thang~

We started our beatdown with Harley Quinn warming us up with some stretching. The first half of our beatdown was 1 minute per exercise, run a lap, then rest.

2 circuits / 1 minute each:
Squat push ups
Tricep kick backs
Monkey humpers
Scissor kicks – side to side
Donkey Kicks
Push ups
Flutter kicks
Lunges with bicep curls
Standing oblique crunch
Arm circles

Harley Quinn was this lovely lady walking laps at the park and talked her into joining the beatdown with us.

Luna took over to finish our beatodwn with the Double Reverse Ladder.

We had to take a quick break to name our FNG and do the COT before our FNG left. We are so glad Meringue joined the last bit of our beatdown!

After Meringue left, we finished with a yoga cool down.
