What better way to celebrate National Running Day than with an early morning run?!? Wilson and I completed a little over 2 miles, stopping every quarter mile to complete different exercises.

1/4 mile – 10 Merkins

1/2 mile – 10 Merkins, 20 Lunges

3/4 mile – 10 Merkins, 20 Lunges, 30 Squats

1 mile – 10 Merkins, 20 Lunges, 30 Squats, 40 LBCs Wilson is a BEAST and crushed this workout with me!  Awesome job!!
