On the move

So 8 PAX joined me today to get our sweat on and i really was sweaty like dripping that 9:30 time is so HOT!!!! Of course a few of us had our 2.0’s with us too which is always fun!!!

Warm-up

well about that…… my 2.0 threw me off and i may have totally forgot to even do a warm-up today !!! whoops I apologize we did do a really good stretch after though… i sorry!!!

The Thang

To start we did a Round of Core:

45 secs work/10 secs rest

  • Pretzel Crunches
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Bourbons
  • Russian Twists
  • Plank
  • Superman
  • Left Plank
  • Right Plank

Run to Corner 1: for 20 reps of:

  • Squats
  • Curtsy Lunges
  • Calf Raises
  • Reverse Lunges

Mosey to corner 2 via Lt Dans then 20 reps :

  • Jumping Jacks
  • High Knees(sets)
  • Butt Kickers(sets)
  • Skaters(sets)

Mosey to corner 3 via Power Skip then 20 reps of:

  • Push-ups
  • Tricep Dips
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Carolina Dry Docks

Then we mosey back to our mats via Bear Crawl:

Repeat Round of Core again:

We only had about 5ish mins left so we pulled out some Popsicle sticks and did Bag of Arms which were all very painful after that arm station and bear crawls yikes!!!!

Pulled together once we were finished to lift up some heavy and personal prayer requests for a friend of Homeland and the family, friends, staff and students in the creekview community as we sadly lost a sophomore to suicide yesterday and it has been a real struggle in my house for the last 24 hours as i am friends with his mommy and he was an only child…….
