Roll the dice

5 PAX came together on a hot summer day to workout! I decided to pull out the dice for a game of chance. 3 rounds, each working on a different body  section, and timed for 10 mins each. We did some warm ups and got started.

Round 1 – Lower Body

Roll a 1 – 10 Lunges (each side), 2 – 20 Squats, 3 – 30 Jumping Jacks, 4 – 40 Mountain Climbers, 5 – 50 Monkey Humpers, 6 – Run a lap

Round 2 – Upper Body

Roll a 1 – 10 Merkins, 2 – 20 Around the world, 3 – 30 Tricep Kickbacks, 4 – 40 Bicep curls, 5 – 50 Shoulder Press, 6 – Run a lap

Round 3 – Middle Body

Roll a 1 – 10 Dolly’s, 2 – 20 Jlo’s, 3 – 30 LBC, 4 – 40 Bicycles, 5 – 50 Glute Bridges, 6 – Run a lap

We has just enough time to do a song challenge so we did it to the tune of Cotton Eyed Joe.

While in plank position, during the chorus you did shoulder taps. During the first verse, you lifted your right leg. During the second verse, you lifted your left leg. During the musical breaks, you did Mountain climbers.

We all did our best but this was a really difficult challenge. Maybe next time I do this challenge, we will do it at the beginning of the work out. LOL
