7 PAX came out on this chilly morning to better ourselves and gear up for a great weekend!

~ The Thang ~

Four stations were set up with 10 exercises at each station. PAX were split up between each station. Each exercise was done for one timed minute and then we rotated to the next station. We started with some stretching. We got in our daily burpees during station 1 for the November Burpee Challenge!

Station 1:

Station 2:

7. Single Leg Toe Touch (L)
8. Shoulder Squeeze
9. Single Leg Toe Touch (R)
10. Arm Circles

Station 3:

1. Star Jumps
2. Russian Twists
3. Boxcutters
4. Shoulder Press
5. Hip extension with knee tuck (L)
6. Heel Touches
7. Squat Jumps
8. Hip extension with knee tuck (R)
9. Skaters
10. Pushups with shoulder touch

Station 4:

1.Boat to low boat
2. Double leg toe touch
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Squat with leg lift (L)
5. Diamond Pushups
6. Squat with leg lift (R)
7. Reverse Crunches
8. Tricep Dips
9. Butt Kickers
10. Bear Crawl

We finished our workout with some light stretching before our name-o-Rama, COT, and prayer.
