See You When I See You

Today was my first Q at The Union and 9 other PAX came out to support me this Monday morning!

We warmed up with arm circles in cadence, TTTs in cadence, jumping jacks in cadence, and a few laughs.  Then we wasted no time getting started on The Thang:

See You When I See You:

We partnered up and started running the long parking lot loop in opposite directions from our partner.  When we met up with our partners, we completed 10 push ups, 10 BGSUs, 10 Squats, and 10 Hallelujahs together.  Then we ran opposites directions around the circle again.  Every time we met up with our partner, we did our four exercises together decreasing reps by 1 each time.  After 1 rep, we were done. This was a really great Beatdown for everyone of varying running levels.  The goodcrunners get to run a little more.  The work-in-progress runners got to run just a little less.  Because you see your partner when you see them!

As the PAX finished up, we started an arm routine.  Bicep Curls, Overhead Tricep Extension, Overhead Press, and Lateral Extensions.  We started with 5 reps, then 10, then 15, then 20.  By 20 all the PAX were together again.

Next we brought Sally up and down with Glute Bridges.  Then we wrapped up with some What Does the Fox Say LBCs and Bicycles.

We circled up for a prayer.  Prayers for Veena this week.  For sweet AJ and her family.  For all those traveling over Spring Break.

We had such a fun time at Spring Fling yesterday!  We love watching and feeling our friendships bloom, we love our growth, and we love our PAX.  Thank you everyone for making it such a special event.  I can’t wait for the next one!

❤️, ⛅️
