Short circuit

Today Was a beautiful day! I total of 5 PAX showed up!  There was a nice cool breeze That lifted our spirits. Our exercise was high cardio and strength trying circuit workout. First we warmed up with Toy soldiers, imperial walkers and through the tunnel all in cadence.

Round 1 – 10 mins

30 Mountain climbers to start and done I between each strength exercise: 30 hip dips, 30 plank toe touches, and 30 merkins. Repeat till 10 mins was up.

Round 2 – 10 mins

20 jumping jacks to start and done in between each strength exercise: 20 bicep curls, 20 scarecrows and 20 bent over chest flys. Repeat till 10 mins is up.

Round 3 – 8 mins

10 jump squats to start and done in between each strength exercises: 10 lunges (each side), 10 side lunges (each side), and 10 monkey jumpers. Repeat till 8 mins is over.

Round 4

5 minute ab routine. 5 exercises for 1 minute each: bicycle, crunches, Russian twists, pulse ups, and sit ups.

We had 1-2 min rests in between each round. We stretched after R4, prayed and said our names.
