Although it was super soggy/rainy and had to improvise both workout and location we had a great time getting our butts beat this morning!

Warm-up:

Jumping jacks

windmills

butt kicks

The Thang:

10 minute AMRAP with increasing reps by 5 for each exercise

SET 1

Burpee mt. climbers – 5

Carolina dry docks- 10

Crockpot squats- 15

sit-ups- 20\

SET 2

Inchworm push-ups

J-los

smurf jacks

dolly

SET 3

man makers

jump lunges

plank froggers

Thrusters

SET 4

slurpee burpee

tricep push-ups

angry donkey kicks

in & outs

Finished strong and had time to do a 2 minutes stretch… ended with COT, name-o-rama, & coffeteria.

Thanks to all that came out on this rainy yucky day to get in a beatdown. God is good!
