12 PAX at AO Foxtrot this chilly spring morning. The wind was calmer this morning and that helped a lot. 12 amazing ladies did not hit snooze for the third time, they got out of bed, they got dressed and they got it done. We made ourselves a little better today … together!!

We started with a positive quote of the day.

Warm up & stretch during the duration of the whole song – Chasing The Sun! We did our best to channel the sun our way. Then we run a small lap to end our warm up.

20 – Lunges – each leg
(We changed up our lunges every round)

30 – Plank Jacks
Run to the next corner
40 – Bicycles (Freddy Mercury’s) each leg – Full leg extension
Hold plank till our crew gets all together.
2 rounds of 12 reps Russian Twists.

10 – Burpees
Run to the next corner
20 – Squat Jumps
Run to the next corner
30 – Skaters – each leg
Run to the next corner
40 – Flutter Kicks – each leg
Hold plank till our crew get all together.

Then we did 4 minutes of light stretching.
