It was a wonderful morning at The Lair with 8 Pax and FNG Georgie!! Welcome Hip Hop!!

Warm-up:

arm circles front and back, windmills, toy soldiers, SSH IC, static leg stretching.

The Thang:

Super 21- Exercise at each end of parking lot. Start on one side with 1 Bourbon… run to other end and do 1 dry dock… run and do 2 bourbons… run… 2 dry docks, etc to get up to 21 on each side. This totals 231 dry docks and 231 bourbons (each side). These Ladies killed it this morning!!! Took the whole time but I believe we all finished by the end!
