Superhero Training

We had 9 PAX this morning for a cold 25 degrees beatdown!

 

We started our morning with some warm up stretches.

~The Thang~

Lunge walked to the end of the parking lot.
Butt Kicks back to our mates.
High Knees to the end of the parking lot.
Sprinted back to our mats.

We did the following exercises for a minute each.

Sumo Squats with Calf Raise
Standing Punches
Side Kicks
Push Ups
Donkey Kicks
Front Kicks
Squat Punches
Supermans
Sit up with Punches
Back Kick Extensions

We ran a lap and then repeated the above circuit.
After the last round we lunge walked to the end of the parking lot.
Butt Kicks back to our mates.
High Knees to the end of the parking lot.
Sprinted back to our mats.

We ended with announcements, prayer, and COT. The lovely ladies sang “Happy Birthday” to me as my birthday is tomorrow!
