Tabata HIIT, Abs & Push-up Hallelujahs!

It was a beautiful Friday Eve morning with a light chill in the air! Finally feeling like October! Ready for booties and scarves, but not sure about the 5:30am freeze coming up! haha We had some lovely ladies come out this morning… Tiny Dancer marked off a bingo with her 10 burpees before AND after the workout! Go girl!

The Thang:

HIIT Tabata started us off… First set consisted of 8 cardio exercises 20 seconds on 10 sec rest with one minute after whole set. Second set consisted of 8 strength combination exercises 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest with one minute recovery after whole set. Each set repeated 3x. Next we did 6 minute ab exercises. Each exercise was 55secs with 5 second rest. I feel like I should have a six pack.. but NOPE haha. We ended with 3 minute round of Push-up/hallelujahs. For every one push-up we did 2 hallelujahs increasing by one push-up each time. For example: 3 push-ups then 6 hallelujahs, 4 push-ups then 8 hallelujahs, etc. for the duration of 3 minutes.

We ended right on time so quick COT and headed home wishing everyone a great weekend!
