Tabata!!!

5 PAX at our NEWEST AO The Union on this DRY morning in Georgia. We have been so flooded and soggy here for what feels like forever so it has been more then welcomed to get some dry weather here finally!!! A little windy but we pulled it off pretty quick!

WARM-UP

Stretched the torso reaching up to the sky

TTT

Arm Circles

High Knees

Quad Stretches

We did a Tabata 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest.

We did all four sections and a lap before we rested for 1 minute and started again at the top

There were 3 full rounds we went through

THE THANG

Arms:

Bicep Curl w/ Press

Push-Up

Skull Crushers

Plank Rows

Cardio:

Jump Squats

High Knees

Skaters

Jump Rope

Legs:

Weighted Plie’ Squats

Deadlifts

Weighted Narrow Squats

Calf Raises (Forward, Pigeon Toed, Plie’) changed each round

Abs:

Flutter Kicks

Big Girl Sit-Ups

Russian Twists

Spider-Man Planks

LAP X 3 MINUTES

Rest x 1 Minute, Rinse, Repeat x 2 more times and finished up with enough time just to stretch for 1-2 minutes

and circle up before our day moved on!!

Finished up with COT and a Prayer

May want to do longer work if you ever repeat and less rounds to get a better result 😉
