Wet and rainy day so the kids weren’t able to use the playground, but they still had fun exploring and we got in a great workout!
The Thang:
25 Squats with overhead press
25 Push-ups
25 leg lifts with reverse crunch
25 plie squats with front row
25 lateral raise
25 russian twist (each side)
25 Supermans
4 sets with running a lap in between= 700 reps
