The Thang:

The Cooper: 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 merkins

run lap

9 burpees, 9 squats, 9 merkins

run lap

and so on until 1 burpee, 1 squat, 1 merkin

With 5 minutes left we did Captain Thor

1 LBC: 4 Russian twist until time or reach 10 LBCs
