The spooky suspenseful remnants of Halloween lingered this morning as we took on a series of exercises created by yours truly *Thunderstruck* (I seriously need help naming these moves – hence the angry flamingo, feet in a shelf?!)

We did 3 reps of each exercise – completing each set before moving to the next exercise.  40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of mental preparation for the next moments of torture.

Ski-ing Hillbilly

Overhead Press to Scarecrow

Pulsing Russian Twist

Leap into Pulsing Squats

Feet on a Shelf 

Side Plank with Leg lifts

Angry Flamingo

Hopping Downdog Crunches 

Bend and Snap Squats

Snow Angels

We closed out our time with prayers for several sick loved ones.  Please continue to lift up Shrinky Dink and her family – prayers for healing and answers with effective solutions.  And pray the peace of God would comfort them during this season of unknowns.
