The One With All The Ladders….

10 PAX came together on this absolutely beautiful day to do some ladders with me. Boy, did these ladies do an amazing job. So proud of them all. We did a quick warm up of SSH, TTT (IC) and arm circles, forwards and backwards and some windmills, and moved on to

THE THANG: Ladder 100s…I had plans for 4 ladders escalating reps by 20 from 20-100. That turned out to be a gigantic feat.

After that we only had about 5 minutes left. So we did a lot of stretching. Workout was pretty intense, and our arms were jelly (probably a good thing because I’m sure people wanted to slap me) haha….

So, in the COT we had some prayer requests, and I prayed over my lovely FiA sisters, we named our FNGs in the Name-O-Rama
