Total Body Beatdown

18 Pax got together on Memorial Day weekend for a Total Body Beatdown! The weather was beautiful but hot!

The Thang

We warmed up with shoulder shrugs, arm circles, front kicks, side kicks and some stretching.

10 Squats, 10 T-Jacks, 10 count speedbag repeat 3x

20 Bicep Curls with Squats

20 Deadlifts

10 Each Curtsey Squats with bicep curls

Set 2

30 second High Knees

30 Second Football runs

30 second Jump Squats

Repeat 3x

Set 4

Around the World Lunges 10 each side

Reverse lunge with front kicks 10 each side

40 Plie Squats with toe raises

Set 5

20 Tricep Kickbacks

20 Reverse Flyes

20 Tricep Lifts

20 Dips

Set 6

10 Plank Jacks

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Tuck ins

Repeat 2x

Set 7

10 Tricep Pushups

10 staggered pushups

10 each side  Bridges with alternating toe touches

40 Walking Lunges

Pilates-Arms and Abs

Arm Circles/Lifts

20 Rollups

20 Crunch with 2 count lifts

20 each side plank oblique crunch

20 single leg stretch alternating

Cross Crunches 20

10 each. Glute raise with one leg

20 each. Fire hydrants

20 each Leg Circles

20 Reverse Crunches

Cat/cow, Downward Dog and Pigeon stretch for cool down.

We beat the heat and got it done!
