Feeling a nice chill in the air this morning… Warmed up nicely throughout the workout though. 5 PAX this morning with a FNG! Welcome Globe Trotter!!
Total body HIIT with 15 exercises consisting of either cardio, arms, legs or abs. Each exercise lasted 50 seconds with a 10 second rest. Despite the yellow jacket attacks we got in a great total body workout!
Plie squat with calf raise
in & outs
curtsy lunge with leg lift
REPEAT x 2
We ended with COT and naming our FNG Globe Trotter!
