Walk the Plank 🏴☠️
We had 7 Pax at today’s workout 🏋️♀️
We warmed up in cadence with windmills, toy soldiers, and through the tunnel.
The thang
Round 1
2 teams – 2 30lb sandbags
1 teammate ran the sand bag to the cone and back while the rest did exercises til it was their turn; jumping jacks, high knees, and squat jumps. We roared through everyone twice.
Round 2
Lt. Dans to the cone and back
40 hillbillies
30 bgs
20 scarecrows
10 burpees
Round 3
10 reps each of
Plank with tricep row
Shoulder taps
Carolina dry docks
Reverse plank with legs lifts
Plank Jacks
Plank pike up ankle touch
We had about 10 mins left so I thought we would have some fun. I taught 4 belly dance moves to the ladies. Then we shook our hips to “Hips Don’t Lie” by Shakira.
Then we finished by stretching our bodies out.
