Stop at the corner

Today we had 5 PAX show up for a game we call 4 corners! First we started with warm ups while I explained the workout. We stayed together for the whole thing so we didn’t leave anyone behind, especially our FNG!

We had for cones, one at each corner that had 4 exercises each. We did four rounds, doing one exercise at each corner.

Cone 1 –10 Star Jumps, 20 Toy Soldiers, 30 Jumping Jacks, 40 Deadlifts. When done, run BACKWARDS to cone #2

Cone 2 – 10 Bicep Curls, 20 Tricep kickbacks, 30 Upright rows, 40 Overhead press. When done, Skip to Cone #3

Cone 3 -10 Squats, 20 Lunges (total), 30 Narrow squats, 40 Side Squats (total). When done, do KARAOKE to cone #4

Cone 4 –10 Imperial Walkers, 20 Hillbillies, 30 LBC’s, 40 Reverse Crunches. When done, RUN or SPRINT to Cone #1 and repeat next exercises.

Round one was all the 10 reps, round two was all the 20 repss, round three was all the 30, reps and round 4 was all the 40 reps.

We ended with the Sally song challenge with squats. My legs are burning! lol

Then we did COT, named our FNG and Name-o-rama.
