To help with all our Valentines Day chocolate indulgence, today’s Beatdown had a lot of running mixed in with some classic movements.
To start we warmed up with arm circles, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers, and windmills. Then we got right to it, hoping all the running would help get us warm.
For each round of the workout you had a cash in and a cash out. To start each round the PAX did 14 LBC and 14 BGS. After that complete 30 of the movement of that round (for example deadlifts), then run a lap!

Push Press
We ended up running ~2 miles and got some solid weight lifting and abs.
We ended with prayers, names, and the Q basket drawing (which Foster won!)
