Five PAX gathered together in The Valley this morning to rinse & repeat a workout from last week. I just tweeked the exercises…but it was a hit then & today! We should be feeling those 100 reps tomorrow!! But we didn’t come out in this cold for nothing…am I right?!  😉

THE THANG:

100 Reps of each – Run a lap @ 50 (to break it up)

  1. Around The Worlds
  2. Jump Squats
  3. Russian Twists (sets)
  4. Tricep Kickbacks
  5. Karate Kicks (sets)
  6. Reverse Crunches
  7. Reverse Flies
  8. Bear Squats
  9. Standing Raggedy Anns

We got to about #6 & ended up doing 50 of each then running a lap in between each exercise due to time. The cold became a distant memory as we were warm & sweaty (as promised), so we stretched it out really good while remembering some of our long lost FiA sisters & wishing them well. COT & Name O Rama finished our morning. I am so grateful to be apart of a group of women who uplift & support like we do each other!!! Love you girls!!!  } kissy face emoji {
