It was freezing so we ran a quick lap did some stretching and got right to it.
We did 10 reps of each exercise and ran a lap after each. After we completed all three exercises in each round we moved our reps up to 20 and continued to run a lap after each. Lots of running but it kept us nice and Warm
- Big Girl Situps
- Jump Lunges
- Tricep Kickbacks
- Russian Twists
- Karate Kicks
At the end we had some time to spare so we went around the pax and each of us called out an exercise. We finished with Amethyst stretching us out and a quick cot and name-o-rama. Thank you all for braving the cold with me.
