7 PAX at AO Foxtrot today on this fall morning in the early hours. We all gathered and chatted a minute till all the cars stopped pulling in. I had 6 beautiful ladies join me for an 11’s beat-down. We did a few warm ups and jumped right into our workout.

TTT – Windmills – Toy Soldiers – Jumping Jacks & A big lap around the parking lot
~ The Thang ~
We did our 11’s in a little different this time. We ran down the parking lot, half way to where our weights were, did 5 Weighted Around the Worlds, ran to the cross walk, did our Jump Squats, back to the middle for another 5 Around the Worlds and back to our mats. Repeat for the 11’s.
We ran down the parking lot, half way to where our weights were, did 10 Weighted Upright Rows, ran to the cross walk, did our Monkey Humpers, back to the middle for another 5 Weighted Upright Rows and back to our mats. Repeat for the 11’s.
Most of the ladies finished the 11’s and some of us got close. We had a quick picture, said a prayer for our loved friend & family and said the nameorama. It was a simple but efficient workout that kept us moving for 2 miles over the whole workout. It is a blessing to be a part of this amazing group that we workout with daily. Great work ladies.
